Dance sessions for Creu Conwy Cymunedol

These eight dance sessions were organised for a Ukrainian refugee community to introduce them to traditional Welsh folk music and dance over Spring and Summer of 2024. The sessions took place at a Trinity Centre in Llandudno. Due to being forced to leave Ukraine and relocate to the UK, many of us did not have the opportunity to choose where we would settle. Learning about the culture of our new home has helped us feel more connected to the people of Wales and to the country itself.
